With more than 20 years of experience within the jewellery industry, Jackie's spectrum of expertise includes gemology, jewellery manufacturing and jewellery repairs, reworks & maintenance for both

Does ToUuchPt sell Jewellery ?
No. ToUuchPt does not sell jewellery. Our focus is on jewellery repairs, reworks and maintenance work.
Can I entrust my Jewellery to ToUuchPt ?
Being in the jewellery industry for two decades, reputation and trust is a very important and integral part of the industry. Hence we will not risk our reputation, which took years to build, by conducting our business in an unethical manner.

Our network of craftsmen have worked with the founder extensively for two decades. We are confident that our network of craftsmen are reliable and possess the highest integrity when handling our jewellery repair, rework and maintenance works. Saliently, each craftsman is curated and tested by the founder to make sure the standards are of desirable deliverance.
The Service
When will I receive the estimates?
You will receive the estimates within 3 working days.
Do you need physical evaluation of the jewellery?
We provide estimates based on the images that are sent to us by yourself. Therefore, kindly take clear and close-up images of your jewellery from different angles. After we receive your jewellery, a physical on-site evaluation will be done by Ms Jackie. We will inform you accordingly should the estimates differ from the initial quote given.
How long does my Repairs, Reworks or maintenance works take?
The duration is dependent on the complexity of the repairs, reworks and maintenance works required. The estimated time required will be made known to you before works begin.
Typically, it will take around 3-5 working days.

Yes, we do.

How do I know or identify the representative(s) from ToUuchPt?
At this time all pick up and delivery will be done by the Ms. Jackie Pang. In doing so, we endeavor to give you, the Jewellery Owner a piece of mind that your valuable item is in good hands.

Will I be able to track my repair progress?
At ToUuchPt, we are fully aware of how valuable and cherished your jewellery is to you.

All jewellery items that are sent to us for Repairs, Reworks and Maintenance works will be handled with the utmost of care. Customers will be informed (via WhatsApp number 8130 1001) of the progress of the repairs, reworks and maintenance works throughout the process, from the time we receive your jewellery till it is delivered back to you.
